Here is what I think..I don't know the person you talk about and I don't care but....if you wanted to mark a person for life so that everyone hated them...what would you do?

I'd say they were a child molester and tell everyone you found kiddie porn on their computer. That pretty much kills your reputation with everyone. Nobody wants to come near a kiddie porn child molester...Right.

I think the government does this when the confiscate your computer...How will you be able to prove you didn't download it when they are holding your computer as evidence?

This guy in particular is different since he wasnt charged with kiddie porn, but touching an actual child under 14 in another state than FL.

With that said, I think what you mentioned is possible, but I don't see it happening. The reason is everything can be traced...a computer security specialist will know where it was downloaded from and how. Wether it was dumped from a disc onto the HD, or taken off the net. Along with dates originally dled, and modified. This works both for prosecution and defense and they would not waste all the time, manpower and money to build a case based upon a fabrication of "common" child pornography offences.

I don't have evidence I will admit that, I honestly had NO idea who this dude even was until I clicked on the thread then read the Anons CAP post about the Pal chatroom. I was there that night and remember everyone getting booted from the room, didnt really think too much of it until I saw that and tied it into his meanderings here. So you have 2 first hand accounts and a canadian friend who posted he has been in his chat room before and thought he was a little off.

That is all I can give you man, hope it all gets straightened out.

They are well known for this. Especially putting child porn on whistleblower's computers. I always reserve judgment on these cases where someone has put their neck out.

The saddest part is everyone believed/trusted in him and he had no problem lieing through his teeth. I would go in the paltalk forum once in awhile and in the back of my mind wonder if he was for real. This planet has some fucked up people on it. The only person you can trust is your mom......fact.
