Those who have eyes to see can see that...but many many did not, and still do not. <<< One glaring discrepancy is, the NY 1 News station , which basically was the news station of choice as far as Spray reporting was concerned, they would read off the Mayor´s lists of neighborhoods scheduled to be sprayed, and the exact times when the spraying was supposed to happen so that people could take protective measures...and then the spray copters would show up TWO HOURS ahead of time and catch people outdoors and off-guard ! Almost midnight one evening a few years back a new, white pickup truck cruised slowly ahead of me with a spray apparatus spewing a mist.
It pulled to the side and I passed thinking I´d see some official logo or company sign - nothing. I noticed too the windows were black. Not just dark tint - really dark.
I went on ahead and pulled off to wait for it to pass. When it did I got the plate number.
I went to a friend at the local paper the next day, they took the info to a police friend, a captain.
This police captain could not get any info from the motor vehicle department about the plates owner - only that it was a legal plate. The motor vehicle folks had resricted files on that plate number.

This was a well travled country road.
