Not from above but below - radioactive isotopes in our seas and food chain
I am not nearly as worried about fallout as I am about this stuff getting into the ocean. And given the fact that these nuke plants are sitting right next to it, it is almost certain that any material released will end up there. Then it will be dispersed throughout the entire globe. It will be soaked up by every living organism - killing directly and also by rippling up through the food chain. Many organisms concentrate certain elements in their bodies. If these elements happen to be radioactive isotopes then it does not bode well for life in the sea nor for us. When you consider the serious trauma our seas have suffered - first with Corexit and now with what may be significant quantities of isotopes, the picture looks very grim.
