Usually, American truckers drop their trailer at the border and it's picked up by a Mexican trucker to go into Mexico. American insurance companies usually do not cover trucks that cross the border into Mexico. It's possible that some government contractor is delivering to a Chinese base down there, but why not use a Mexican contractor or supplier? |
