OK, So lets see they get power to the plant that has had major explosions. Lets forget about the radiation for a minute. If any body out there was watching the video's of the plants exploding you would have seen a major shock wave of air that went up. But air is a funny thing it goes in many directions right. So you have to think that anything like control cables and pipes that feed the reactors are not as thick as the 6" stainless shell that houses the actual reactor. So how do they know that even if they turn the pumps on that the water isnt just going to leak all over the place. And this goes for the cooling pools that are on the upper floors. To me its a last ditch effort or a lie...

sea water conducts electricity. It's not a good idea to pump current through something that been water logged with sea water without knowing how much damage has actually been done.

Japan has warehouses full of these, in the box, ready to go, and even helicopters to air lift them in.
Have a think for a moment here, this is very unlike Japan to allow this to happen.
Im talking about BEFORE the cooling pumps shut down, before any nuclear hazard existed, they were notified 8 hours before the battery backup shut down.
They had 8 hours to plug in one of these suckers.
Other industries not anywhere near as dangerous as nuclear do this when they have a power outage to keep production running.

Am starting to agree. That plant in its entirety is unrecoverable. Only God knows how to fix this because at the moment they certainly dont.

The writing is on the wall folks:

Enormous amounts of radioactive fuel
Explosions
Severe radiation leaking
Workers cant get near enough to do anything meaningful
Electronics and pumps probably destroyed by this stage
No possible way to address the problem in the way the Russians did (as Japan is not a totalitarian regime)

Its all going to melt and converge into one. There is no cure for this unless the Americans have something in their secret arsenal that can help.

isn`t easier to plug 5 or 6 that are not damaged and send the power to 1,2,3,4 ???

I'm not sold at all that this whole event was man made, but the earthquake did happen on 3/11....

guy on cnn says there is no way to say for sure what this radiation will do to human health because we have never expierenced this magnitude before, that we have never purposly exposed humans to this much to find out
