Florida...strange earthquake...20 mins.... What the hell was it!

Live on East Coast central Fla- last night around 9 pm there was a "rumbling' like thunder that lasted about 40 minutes. My husband actually put a ladder up to the roof- just in case the ocean was coming. There was not a cloud in the sky....
It was unsettling.

And if you look at the other threads and posters who felt it, they described it like a freight train sound (and they do sound like that), and the descriptions of movement make me continue to lean toward earthquake, or something of that nature. The last one I was in was a shallow 5.6 that started at one end of my house and did a slow move to the other end. I watched my huge living room window bulge in and out as well.

Only problem is the ground wasn`t shaking??????


Its was felt from N Daytona to Flagler, Just one jet engine could make all that noise/rumbling?


Let me rephrase what I said. I agree that the sound is just like some sort of jet engine.

Florida ground is mostly a softer type ground then say the mountains so it shaking is not out of the question, The fire or lightning is what happens when they put max thrust on a engine like a jet car at a race the pop sounds and the long flame flash ect. So I do believe it was an engine doing this IMO.

Yes. If you listen to the Japan earthquake from under water it sounds exactly the same.

Okay, the ground shakes in Florida with multiple eyewitness statements saying so and "they" say it was not an earthquake.

I live in Clearwater, Florida near Tampa. Many people I know have been complaining of ear-splitting noises and powerful migraines. Many of these people have never even had one before. What is going on guys. Everyone seems sick as well.

so is it the invisible planes/jets the military are designing????

maybe the pressure from the 'plugged' oil spill pipe cracked something underground, and now there is a river there

lol their Huge Airforce drill that tunnels underground huge tunnels that teh edges seal like glass from the heat,well the big drill is a little closer to the surface than they realized would cause it to be heard. Thats why you couldnt detect it passiong by - because you cant hear direction from underground sounds.

Where exactly in Floida was this, and when?

I have heard similar noise and vibration here in NE FLA on 2 occasions the last 6 months. Lasted only about 3 minutes, but still, much longer than normal aircraft flying over. Did not fade away away gradually, but ceased in a matter of seconds.

I heard the same sound up here in Vancouver, twice, but no earth movements on either but our windows did vibrate. And the noise went on for at least 30min to an hour or so.

my second guess would be... for military and gov. officials to escape nuclear fallout, or maybe alien travel, or future transpotration system, or black-ops travel that normal cattle dont get to know about. By Normal cattle i mean the bulk of the human ratrace.

could be just a top secret air force or nasa project for how to bore tunnels in other planets. I hear the have tubes all ove rthe world that their pods can travel from New York to California in like 5 minutes with these vaccuum transport tubes.

if lightening had struck close enough to light up the wall of the house you would have heard tremendous thunder almost immediately following.

This is a more stringent result of the earth's electromagnetic field breaking down past 12 months. It's going to keep progressing and get a lot worse before the field is completely destroyed soon. As I have stated before, this is all a result of the particle physics experimentation at cern lhc !! The earth's electromagnetic field is subject to major changes in magnetic anomalies. Most people don't realize that when cern lhc magnet is powered up at 7tev or higher,it is arguably the 3rd most powerful magnet in the solar system rivaling Saturn as a magnetic force. When you artificially introduce such a powerful magnetic anomaly to the Earth,The Earth's electromagnetic field will incrementally crumble to nothingness as we are seeing now.
And the reason most likely why it's happening in Florida so pervasively, is because of the Bermuda triangle would be my best estimate. If I were in Florida, people there should now start looking for wormholes(like the several ones that were observed over Norway,Australia,and Russian coasts) off their east coast line.

In the early eighties, I lived west of MacDill AFB.

One evening as a few of us sat outside in the old fashioned version of a chat room, the sky east of us lit up in a bright orange color. About ten or twelve seconds later, an enormous noise filled the sky and everything seemed to vibrate...pretty eerie to say the least

These intermittent noises continued for about ten minutes or so just like a distant thunderstorm. We found out later that it was a rocket of some kind being tested at the air force base.
