chernobyls rads were distributed high into atmosphere via explosion .30 tons of radioactive graphite bown around nortern hemisphere.
fuku, while having some smaller explosiions which sends rads up and about, seems to be a much more concentrated, ground level ongoing and increasing leak.
the compensation issues are just being mentioned in msm. it is possible that got mandatory evacuees
will be compensated, so the fewer, the better for the govt.
