...and as we've discussed here...the question is WHERE do you put these people?
Japan doesn't have a lot of free space, and if people are already exposed to radiation, they may be suffering from health problems in coming years.
This whole thing is about to get surreal very fast

Even the calm Japanese public is reacting with confusion to reports citing unfamiliar data that give little definition of real risk.
In an attempt to save electricity for heating, the Emper-or, 77, has reportedly told officials: "I am not cold, because I can put on extra clothes."
The imperial family have also opened baths at their country villa not far from Fukushima to local people in need of hot water and a good scrub, much loved by the Japanese.
