OP, how are you able to tell what is being TRANSMITTED by HAARP between what they are MEASURING?


How do you know which of the different HAARP facilities is doing the transmitting? Or is it just assumed that the Gakona facility is the only one to be questioned?


And just so I can see whether you are a bullshit artist or not, please inform us how HAARP can generate that 2.5 harmonic frequency mentioned on the viral emails about all this?

This chart is a waterfall plot of the readings taken by the Spectrum Monitor for the last 36 hours. The vertical axis is the frequency, ranging from 1 - 30 Mhz and the horizontal axis is the UTC time. Spectrum samples are taken every few minutes. The color indicates intensity of received signal at each frequency, ranging from deep blue for the weakest signals to red, yellow and white for the strongest signals.

now this is all nice looking and impressive, but where is the evidence that the Gakona facility is TRANSMITTING from its arrays?

Please show us mere mortals ANY evidence of what HAARP is transmitting - not what it is measuring.

Give me some feedback. HAARP's own website says it is a transmitter. Now granted it says it transmitts HF.

HAARP keeps registering those 2 - 2.5 hz wavelengths that consistently go for days sometimes.

If HAARP isn't transmitting these ELF/ULF then what is?

An earthquake would produce spikes not flat line wavelengths for days.
