The mental acuteness is what really caught me off guard and the sleep patterns are wild... I never felt good with anything below 9 hours. Now I just get 4 or 5 and I have been on fire. And the workouts do seem to be ramping up a bit but that is hard to judge as I am in the fitness industry. Now I don't think it the radiation as this started happening to me a week before the Japan quake. But it does seem to be going around. Oh, you are right- this is the first time I can remember when pollen did not really screw up my first couple weeks of spring.
