I thought you had found some kind of radioactive mongrel

I did...look at the explosion carefully. It clearly shows the much feared nuclear death poodle.

But all is not lost. I have used my superior IQ to come up for a solution to the much feared Nuclear Death Poodle. I am in the process of sending my solution to the Japan gov. and Obama. I hope they take my advice before its too late.
