Official symptoms thread - I have a metallic taste in my pie hole

Me, too. Today I made a point of drinking twice as much water and it dissipated, but generally, I feel that too. Expecting NukAlert bracelet - seems easier than a geiger counter. We're all getting a taste of it, aren't we?

have you been eating any sugar? or carbs? The lack of those will give you that taste, its called ketosis, or ketones. HOPEFULLy, thats what it is, but thats the only other thing it could be, unless your suckin on dimes and shit like that.. Just a heads up for ya..

If so, go for a walk and burn some fat, your in ketosis, ( fat burnng mode)

It's raining here, and I am afraid to get rain on me. I had to go out in it today, hope I don't die from it. I can't believe this is happening.

No changes in my (fairly) decent diet. Still eating the same old stuff - mostly (relatively) healthy, minimal sugar intake, organic when I can afford it, etc.

I got this metal taste last week, badly, and now to day, again, badly. It didn't rain the first time, but it's raining tonight. Im in Maryland.

Okay, so so sorry for above post. It was that I juiced a 1/2 beet yesterday. I'm embarrassed at posting such inflammatory info. Houston looks GREAT this morning, getting humid where we're supposed to be, whew. Apologies.

Woke up belching an incredibly firey, sour taste. Never had anything like it before in my life.

I'm in Arkansas; have had a metallic taste like this off and on for the last few days, especially if i spend a lot of time outside like walking my dog. And usually somebody will comment about how stupid that is and how it's gotta be something else, but it is something different than usual.

Ketones are excess protein in the kidneys... they don't make a taste in your mouth... Unless your drinking your own piss... Geez
