Same for me. Over 7 years now. My gouvernment don' t want me to work because I have the winning solution. I can live 6 months a year in the south and 6 months up north. They give me 720.00 $/month to stay home when I am in Canada. And I rent my house 6 months during the winter to live in Mexico. It is so nice to live this way.

So how's the whole "i'm not working thing" doing? Mom and Dad getting on your nerves, or you on them?
The "L" tatooed on your forehead, any feedback?

Why do you assume someone who doesn't "work" is homeless?

I didn't need my mommy. I was wise anought to buy a nice place in the mountain. I have my own garden, my old car and I can hunt my meat outside if I need. I even have salmons in my river. I learned that it cost me to much to live the way the system wanted it. I am well educated and have some diplomas. I speak 3 languages and I am habitualy a Coordonator for new projects. 7 years ago, I said no more and I learned to live a natural life. No more stress. No more slavery.

People slave away for what false gods tell them they must have in their lives. A car, a big house, another car, et cetera.

You can live simply, and comfortably, and be happy. But you know what they say...

GLP is full of bitter, jealous, resentful people; who come out of the woodwork every time someone mentions that they have it good or have seen through the bullshit.

Here it is fairly easy to ignore them but it is good to make an effort to avoid people like that in real life! They can really drag you down along with them.

Save up your money, buy some supplies to get you started, build your own place to live, plant a garden for food (and if you're not a vegetarian, learn to hunt and fish). It's what people did for thousands of years before TPTB convinced society that we have to have "stuff" to live.

Re: Three years ago today, I swore to never work another day again!
Haven't worked for over 12 years. Main reason is heart failure but I also hurt my back while working years ago and have a hard time getting around.

Hurt my back carrying 200lb sides of pork all day when they fell off meat hooks on the line.

Went to the union who was collecting money from my check and they basically told me to piss off, and my employer fired me. That was that.

Don't get any kind of benefits from my old employer or the government. Just stay at home with the kids and be there as their father.

And I wouldn't trade it for anything. Love not working and being a full time father.

I've slaved in law firms ever since I graduated 9 years ago, as an accounting manager. I realized that my life would be pointless if i continued on this path. I just got my yoga teacher certification and plan on working with children ages 4 and up, inspiring and empowering them. I probably won't make nearly as much but material posessions are now meaningless to me. Fancy cars, expensive jewelry...don't bring happiness. Sharing love, good energy, living peacefully, is a lot more fulfilling. Best of all, I no longer feel like a fucking robot!!!
