9/11 never would have happened if there was such a thing, but thats contrary to the whims of the elect to go from here to there as they please.
I don't mean to be inhumane or unaccomadating, but for God sakes at least simple quarntine procedures would be prudent considering. Anybody who wants to come into contact with a few particles of plutonium is free to shill me but for the Love of God, Designate points of departure and entry, and give them whatever they need but by all means quarntine the fucking shit hole before that crap gets spread all over the fucking World.
