HAARP verification letter from CFTC

#1 - nobody on GLP need's HAARP's existence to be verified. HAARP has had a website up for years already.


#2 - that front page is from 2008, and cites an article at Global Research's website.

I will have some of the repsonse letters and more overnight . I will keep this thread open . The more docs the more they will make sense.
