You do understand, don't you, that salmonella dies with a specific amount of heat. Read: If you cook it, it will die. Don't eat raw turkey burgers and you will be fine. Go do some homework on the salmonella levels for most major chicken producers - you will be shocked how high they are. Again, cook the meat and it goes away.
