The topic and I are very close. The symptoms are typical and well described many times. That said, determining ancient diseases without much physical proof is difficult as there was very little opportunity for objective reportage.
YOU dont have to get it. It happens regardless your ignorance of the topic or it's epidemiology.

Sometimes the answer lies OUTSIDE of ones own, limited and unlearned and uneducated options.
You want to discuss the topic only within your frame of reference and it just cant be done.
