Earth Day is man made liberal holiday which makes me sick, the Earth has been here for 4.5 billion years and had had all sorts of problems, yet these liberals think a little plastic and Styrofoam or going to be the destruction of Earth...PLEASE

I must confess that I have come to fully understand just what Christ has done for me and to this I say thank you. I will call you my King and I will serve you for all of my days.

For those that do not know Christ and think "I didn't ask Christ to die for me, and how can His death take away my sins." To this I say that God is perfect in His love, mercy, justice and grace.

The sins of the world demand justice. We would never say an earthly judge would be just if he or she didn't punish those that murder, steal and slander. The same holds true for God our ultimate judge. God, instead of judging the world and carrying out the sentence for man, sent His son to take the punishment in our place. Justice was served and fulfilled to the fullest through the death of Christ. In this same act from Christ we (mankind) were shown the greatest act of love the world has ever known.

Justice=Getting what you deserve.

We were shown mercy from God.

Mercy=Not getting what you deserve.

And in return we have grace from God.

Grace=Getting what you don't deserve.

"good Friday" was created by the RCC whose followers obviously couldn't read or count. Just how in the world do you get 3 days and 3 nights between Friday and Sunday???

Besides all that - if you actually follow the example and teachings of Jesus, you'd be keeping Passover - the last supper was a Passover Seder.

NO WHERE in the NT does he say to celebrate either the day of his death or the day of his ressurection.
