Anonymous Coward 12/08/2005 10:09 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | G´day mate, Look at where the hot water is and where the latest hurricanes are (and where Katerina was). Makes you wonder!!!!!!!! Looks ok for Aus in the near future but I would be keeping an eye on the water temps at the northwest shelf and between Aus and Indonesia in the future. BTW, I believe I looked at this image a couple of years ago and there was less red then than now. I wonder if this is also the reason why there have been so many sightings of rare sea creatures in the Irish Sea lately?????? Hmmm, maybe the fish and mammals are looking for ´cooler´ water, 25-30+C is bloody warm I would think. |

(OP) 12/08/2005 10:09 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It would seem that this o´l planet is finally havimg a severe Auto Immune reaction to the virus that has poisened its life systems. Namley US If only we had listened to the one who wrote the feeding and care instructions and cared for her...she would NOT be trying so hard to kill us. Earth is merely protecting herself....as YOU would when you get sick...you fight to stay ALIVE. |

(OP) 12/08/2005 10:09 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | G´day 1135. I must say, im leaning towards Jim McCanney theories on the weather. In that the storms are fed from above ( Electrical ) rather then warm water. But agreed, it makes you wonder. Oz is in for a intersting Cyclone season. |
Anonymous Coward 12/08/2005 10:09 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I read a post on another thread earlier tonight that made the claim that there is a heap of space debris that the Earth (and our solar system) travels through every few thousand years. This debris activates the sun and causes the warming that we are witnessing at present. The guy´s post was pretty good in my opinion but the last para where he postulated that man was the cause of the ´global warming´ left me cold. Sorry, I can´t buy into that in any way, shape or form! It IS coming from above! Whether it is electrical or dust contamination, something is activating the sun more than was to be seen before 30-40 years ago! The rising sea temps are being caused by the sun and nothing else. Ozone holes come and go every year. Manmade CO2 is not a culprit, in fact it is infinitesimal in comparison to naturally produced, eg, volcanoes etc. Anyway my 2c rant for the day ;-) |
