THis dude is WAY too close to it. He could have driven a little further away to get behind it just to be safe....he started breathing hard bc he realized he would have been toast. I live in the heart of tornado alley...had a lot of chasers and followers. Countless sightings.....anyway...he's too close. He could have been hit by any debris. I went through Greensburg a week later and that damage was 10x worse than Tuscaloosa. |

In a few days the NOAA people will tell us what happened after they assess the damage. Their assessment may lean toward the low side. |
