EBG, you seem to have your head on straight! Although I am writing from Germany (and living), I am a "Natural Born US Citizen" and ALL Americans would do our Country justice by living outside it for some time. You find things out that you never knew (or didn't want to know) and how much you like it also.

And... Why the fuck would McCain "need" Congress to review his birth records to then "decide" the he was a Natural Born Citizen in the first damn place? The fact is that MCain was born in Panama to a military family stationed there. At the time of his birth he would have been a Natural Born Citizen if he was born "on the military base", which he was not. I personally believe that was one fucked up law! But my opinion doesn't mean jack, it was the LAW OF THE LAND at the time of his birth. So, McCains buddies in Congress decided to give him a free pass so to speak. It had nothing to do with his birth documents, it was simply a way to bypass the law that controlled his Natural Born Status... and, what controlled his Natural Born Status was the LAW OF THE LAND AT THE TIME OF HIS BIRTH, not the feelings Congress had about whether or not that particular law was appropriate some 6 decades later.

The point is that BOTH POTUS candidates were pathetic options, and neither were Natural Born Citizens. BOTH parties were, and have been, in on the same game for many years! Maybe someday stupid ass sheep like yourself will finally WTFU! Between the right wing conservatives and the left wing liberals we don't ever stand a chance of fixing what is really wrong with this Country. Both parties ALWAYS have a finger to point when they are not in power, but as soon as they get the power back, they don't do a damn thing to fix the problems like our BS tax system, the deficit, border security, etc, etc, etc... But, as soon as their party loses power they once again convince the sheep that they NOW understand what it takes and so the next time they get the power back they will apply the magic fix... but they never do.

Serve out his term? Legal challenge? He could, and should, be arrested in an afternoon and removed. Every law would be voided. That may take a bit to undo, but getting rid of him would take no time.

Obama co-sponsored the resolution. So this is what he said. He put his name on it. If he didn't believe it, he should not have put his name on it. I know him and Nancy don't believe in reading legislation, but sponsoring it does mean that he said it.

You can't guarentee loyalty in anyone. You can make the odds better by starting with someone that doesn't have split loyalty to begin with. It is human nature to identify with with your family's place of origin. That is not a bad thing unless it colors your judgment when making important decisions. That is why "natural born citizen" is necessary.

I respectfully disagree! If we do not get him LEGALLY REMOVED from office BEFORE the next election, he will be allowed to stand for re-election and be PLACED into position by TPTB. He has already said he's running, and boasted about how he was going to spend a BILLION dollars to win!! A BILLION!!! The only way we can keep him from a second term is if he is LEGALLY BANNED from participating.

Additionally, a detail which a lot of people have failed to recognize is that the "birther" issue has ALWAYS been two-pronged: 1) His country of birth and 2) His parents' nationalities. The MSM just CHOSE to focus on the Hawaii thing because they could make it look silly and inconsequential. They CHOSE to ignore the much more serious issue of dual citizenship/loyalties, because they realized that THIS would be the game-changer, and there was no way that Obama could weasel his way out of it. Don't forget, the MSM has ALWAYS been protective of Obama for some reason; I remember "The Old Days" when they'd rake the President over the coals REGARDLESS of his political affiliation.
