No he didn't. However SRES made a comment on the the situation of McCain's birth. If what you say is true, you must be born on a military base in Panama to be eligible to be President.

I know him and Nancy don't believe in reading legislation, but sponsoring it does mean that he said it. Neither the resolution or Obama says that. Again, if you are going to believe that it does you must also believe that only people born in identical circumstances as McCain can be president. hmmmmmmmmmmmmm...sounds a little foolish... Yea except for the "little" part.
