As someone mentioned on a Japan quake thread, the radiation will be used as an excuse for not spotting "nukular materials brought across the border."
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1358465 The nuke will also be the reason they say radiation has entered the U.S. I would look for a west coast city to be hit so the fallout is taken over the country hiding any evidence of fukushima radioactive fallout.
