Let's get Physical, Physical !!! Paper silver purchases dropped 3000%

Although silver bonds and demands for other paper certificate sales of silver are down this week from 350 million to 10 million ounces, it is interesting to note that demand for deliveralbe silver bullion in the form of coins, bars, and even junk silver is up over 2500%.

We woke this morning to a huge drop in the price of silver because of these figures. However the increased demand for physical silver is not being reflected fully at this time. The market is already showing a rebound, however the real physical shortage that will drive prices through the roof is not yet full apparent.

Even before all this recent activity in silver demand it had been noted many times that the world supply of silver for industrial(non-recoverable) uses would become greater than what the mines can produce by the year 2015. Considering that industrial demand has thus far not changed with the higher prices, it is safe to assume that in the next five years physical silver will be more difficult to aquire than gold.

Silver buyers are beginning to realize this in the market and the move to physical has begun. It is this posters opinion that silver at any price is a wise investment in the long run. Considering the falling value of fiat currency this is even more true.

I'll make this prediction. During the year of 2015 silver prices will do again what they have done in the last 12 months. Whatever the price of silver is at May 1st 2013, they will be 5X higher in December 2015.
