ALERT: Why did the USGS take almost all the USA Seismic Servers offline?!
All but a few of the Seismic Servers for the USA were taken offline by the USGS.
[link to aslwww.cr.usgs.gov]

i know you can get some independent readings for a few locations here and there, but this makes me a bit nervous that they took mosT servers offline on this particular site

That's a bit disconcerting.
"God forbid we should ever be 20 years without such a rebellion. The people cannot be all, & always, well informed... If they remain quiet under such misconceptions it is a lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty... Let them take arms... What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. " - Thomas Jefferson in 1787

No, she isn't.
This is Odd.
Consider this:

"Not counting the other states, but this could be a real epic disaster.
And the water released after the blowing of levees at new Madrid fault, would cause a tremendous sinkhole and a possible man-made earthquake by sudden liquefaction and rearranging of underground layers, specially over-exposed by previously natural gas extraction.
This is nasty.
Very Nasty.
If this is true, is a definitely orchestrated disaster.
Specially knowing the vulnerability of New Madrid Fault line.
You are talking about thousands of deaths, just in the absurd justification of saving a lil town on Illinois (1 mile per 2 mile extension) from flooding.
This will have a political cost also.
Obama will need to step down before elections if they blow up the levees tonight.
All the Osama bin Laden stuff will be eclipsed by this.
You are messing with a wall of water of 60 feet high, very powerful water flow!
If anyone don't know what is insanity, you will have a glimpse today"

this is not from the equipment failing though
the equipment that records seismic events is located all over the country. They would not all go bad at the same time
if it was a site issue, then there would not be even one of the recordings being posted, and there is

we can see here it is not a site issue
they are posting the seismic readings from around the world with no issues

USA readings are the ones not appearing

This shows that it is a deliberate act of taking these offline

The only thing I can conclude, NiN is the Mississippi.

NOAA radars went down right at the beginning of the tornado outbreak, if I remember correctly. EBS alerts going off in areas with zero weather today (Massachusetts, Washington state, from the threads I've seen so far). The ShakeOut scheduled 4/28 was never reported on AT ALL, and now this...
