what advice would you give to a man in his 30s becoming aware of his psychic abilities( astral travel, seing auras, visitations by shadow people and some other entities ie mantis, old hag higher self)

Im getting married this summer to a great woman and would like to have children. i feel like im on this earth to do more than just what normal 9-5 sheep do. i feel like im supposed to survive whats to come and help people.
