I remote viewed a woman fed up w/ Chinese gov and she released this virus for maximum exposure in an attempt to derail the communist monolith.

I can certainly see someone getting fed up enough with China to retaliate. Since we both got intentional releases, that pretty much settles that for me. Felt like lone wolf scenario. A woman who lost so much to the Chinese government she just wanted to burn it all down.
