I also think China tweaked this thing to be especially deadly to black people. Between it's latching on to the sickle cell gene, and it being especially deadly to people with low vitamin D (black people have very low vitamin D due to the high levels of melanin in their skin). China, and the elites, want to thin the her, especially people of African descent.

Libya was heavily controlled under Gaddafi. He kept the rest of Africa from migrating via Mediterranean. Now that Libya is destabilized, like Julian Assange said, it's like taking the top off a steaming pot.
