Which intelligence are we saying one race is better at than another?

Look at areas w/ no snow or harsh winters. The growing seasons are year-round there. Move to a place w/ an 8 month growing season. Now you have to plan ahead and get creative! Save up for the winter, think ahead. Repeat this after hundreds of generations for evolution to set in, now you have more creative & rational ppl/culture.

You're able to figure it out when putting it in terms of just climate and ignoring the fact that the races developed in different climates. You can also expect differences in the traits relating to all the parts that are different between these 2 brains (Regulations forbid sharing labeled data so I can only show de-identified public data): [link to imgur.com (secure)]

Humans
The human OFC is among the least-understood regions of the human brain; but it has been proposed that the OFC is involved in sensory integration, in representing the affective value of reinforcers, and in decision-making and expectation.[1] In particular, the OFC seems to be important in signaling the expected rewards/punishments of an action given the particular details of a situation.[40] In doing this, the brain is capable of comparing the expected reward/punishment with the actual delivery of reward/punishment, thus, making the OFC critical for adaptive learning. This is supported by research in humans, non-human primates, and rodents.
