That would play into hands of China since they've invested billions in African infrastructure, and Africa has trillions in untapped resources. China builds Africa up, kills 1/3 of population, move in Chinese residents.

In the end that's one reason the Watchers had me curse Gaddafi and topple Libyan government; b/c it would force the world to live w/ their treatment of Africa. Libya was heavily controlled under Gaddafi. He kept the rest of Africa from migrating via Mediterranean. Now that Libya is destabilized, like Julian Assange said, it's like taking the top off a steaming pot. When I think about Gaddafi and the way he died, I still cringe but he deserved what was coming to him. Hillary had her fingers in that Libya pie and a lot of people died because of her.
