The Six Transformations of the Material Nature - Observe these carefully and you will realize your self.

Any kind of material phenomenon that we observe is subject to these six transformations of material nature—it comes into being, grows, stays for a while, produces some by-products, dwindles, and then vanishes.

We observe this on the atomic level as the half life decay of atoms, that eventually decay into other elements.

This is found on EVERY LEVEL of the material nature. The same is said about our body.

Our body comes into being
Our body stays for a while and produces some by products (stool, urine, gases, children) and then begins to dwindle (old age).

Eventually after death the body vanishes and is no longer recognizeable.

Beyond that changing nature, is us, the eternal non changing, but ever experiencing living soul.

Go observe everything around you that is alive, it is going through these changes.

When something is dead, these changes cease, and whatever living organisms within the body take over the break down process.

All the chemicals and elements we find in the material world is created FROM Life, that is why we send expensive expeditions to remote jungles to find chemicals in life forms that can make our life better.

Your body has been changing since it came into being, but you have remained conscious throughout all the change, and the same occurs when you change body at the time of death.
