It's not like we are jumping from 59 on the 21st to 89 on the 22nd. |

It's the middle of may isn't it? How was it 42 degrees in Arkansas this morning? It just was. I was flabbergasted also, but I heard it was snowing in Nevada. Hell, ten degrees colder and it would have killed what crops haven't been flooded or tornadoed. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1382130 United States 05/17/2011 11:53 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Same in Texas - wore a JACKET all weekend. I notice my garden doesn't grow well on cold days either. Picked green beans on Thursday and was sure I'd have to do so again by Saturday but today was the first warm day since Thursday so today I picked them - same with squash. Interesting because I never knew before how much heat is needed to grow these vegetables. |

It has been cloudy here for a couple of days but tomorrow I'll have to check out the sun. I'm one of the people who has noticed that the sun appears BRIGHTER lately... much brighter... and silly me, I assume that means it's going to be hotter... we'll see... it sure isn't hotter right now! |
