For her to say that the father is dead and then have the police make a pretty serious allegation that her father or brother might be the father indicates that there was a SERIOUS desire to know who the father is. Which makes sense. Its a murder investigation for christ sakes.

I don’t think there is any evidence that PROVES her guilt so far, and ever if there were, Casey is still innocent according to the Constitution.

I think it is a travesty of justice that she isn’t free on Bond, just what threat does a innocent woman that allegedly lost her child poses to the public. 90% of the people charged with murder in Florida get some sort of bond.

I think everyone needs to put yourself in Casey’s shoes-what if that was you, she is the one that needs justice, she been wrongly accused of murder and has been in jail for over 3 years waiting for a trial, that is WRONG.

What if a drug dealing boyfriend or criminal had kidnapped the child and told her not to tell anyone of the child will be killed. Then she was questioned and arrested and she didn’t say anything. Then the kidnapper kills the child while innocent Casey is in jail. Instead of trying to catch the actual killer, the police are focusing on the innocent mother. This is crazy. Some reasonable possible explantion such as this could be the case, but no one will know because no one will exercise the Constitution and be impartial.

It is very sad how much you as a people have lost your way.

Down here in FL, we heard much more about this case. And not just in '08, it's been pretty constant ever since. Every little thing that family or Casey Anthony did, it was on the news, as it continues to be.
Finding an impartial jury that doesn't know much about the case or hasn't made up their minds already about her guilt is extremely difficult. They already moved to Pinellas county to find a jury and it's not going well there either.

It appears this case, even once the trial begins, will go on for some time.

Oh... ok, an impartial attitude is what's got this country in the shape it's in. The super sick thing is that if this had been a babysitter, there wouldn't even be a fucking trial, it would have been chalked up as an accident. We've already aspired to that level. Still spending outrageous amounts of dough on trials for murdering parents though, Andrea Yates, Susan Smith, there's some justice for ya. Make me puke!
