Humanity throughout time did not have antidepressants. Depression is nature's way of telling you to change course. That's all. No one is trapped, except by their own mental cage.

I don't believe the new age saying that all things are possible to have in your life if you have the will to make it so, but i do believe that happiness is very much something that we can create for ourselves, by opening up that mental cage.
