Most are missing a BIG point

On page 2, point #4, the Judge denies the Government the right to lie, saying "Government's duty of honesty to the Court can never be excused"

It is abhorrent that the US Govrnment tried to enter this line of defense, BUT it is good that the Court slapped them down.

YES, the gov't can get way-way lower. I'm from Pennsylvania, which is Pencil-vania (They change records as if they were written in pencil).

Yes, they do. You're right.

I'm from this miserable state as well. I curse the day I ever decided that moving here was a good idea.

Since 1991 my property taxes have gone up 350%.

A new college campus is being built in my township that VOTERS REJECTED when it was on the ballot via a referendum, and we are on the hook for $2.4 million a year for the next 20 years to pay for it.

Oh, and BTW- the college belongs to ANOTHER county and they refused to pay for it.

Taxpayers also got the pleasure of providing sewers to Sanofi-Pasteur, one of the richest pharma companies on the planet- another $24 million forked out by county taxpayers (Sanofi refused to PAY for it and threatened to leave).

And now our local township is adding a "cable franchise fee" of 5% to our cable bill so they can hire one of their cronies for a high priced cushy job as township "manager".

And BTW- this is an area that does NOT receive any OTA tv signals at all, so it's either cable or do without. Satellite doesn't work well- too many line of sight issues.

Oh, and BTW#2- this is after they already jacked up our taxes 21% this year.

Pennyslvania also had their electric rates deregulated, so now PP&L can charge whatever the fuck they please for electric- and they do... :-(

And last, but not least- we have the gas drillers fracking all over the whole state, poisoning the drinking water and the environment, and not paying a PENNY in taxes or cleaning up their mess either.

Yup, welcome to the great state of Fuck The Citizen Pennsylvania...

Oh my!

We have the right to lie.
WE lie to you all - dont believe us.
Don't believe anything we say.
Trust us.
We are here to help.

Dont believe what we say, believe what we do.
You can't stop us anyway.
You pay for it- we decide for you.

You are the conspiracy theorist- not us.
We are for you.

The President sets the tone for government while he is in office and if he has no respect for the Constitution and if he thinks nothing of lying to further his agenda then this is what we get.

This just came to mind

I havent read everything posted here so sorry if someone already mentioned it.

Lets say the government is the prosecutor and you are the defendant.

Cant your lawyer once its his turn to ask questions ask the government person sitting on the withness chair.

"Is it true, that you are allowed to lie under oath without fearing perjury?"

Now he will say yes but in case he says no (since he can) the lawyer can just quote the law that allows government official to lie under oath.

And when he is done asking this 1 question he can sit back relax and assume the jury will have to consider this when they take their decision.

Am i wrong thinking this way?

Because if it work that way, i dont see any government prosecutors to win any case whatsoever.

They might be lying correct?

So nothing they say can be taken seriously by a jury.

Absolutly nothing.

So i guess its a good thing.

Even if the government is on the defence side. Your lawyer ask a question and does not like the answers, then ask again, is it true you are not obligated to tell the truth even under oath?

and voila

I must be missing something, cause this simply does not make sense to me./

But....

was the law agreed upon when the judge said that?

Isint the judge paid for by the government?

Maybe the judge is lying who knows? He might have the right to do so.

Complex, looks like the agency was to lazy to search something upon request of the court, likely lied and then got found out for lying. Or they were trying to cover up some liability, its from the Oklahoma bombing case, so perhaps some Muslims were accidentally harassed by some gung ho investigators.

What ever happened it's documented on tape.

That argument basically means they have no other argument left, and are going to lose this case badly. So badly there is almost no reason to go to trial.

Basically this tells us the government is to incompetent to lie well.

Payout to mulems group likely on the way. You can sue the government if you like, you can even sue them in some states if your car is damaged hitting a pot hole.

Yeah well this sheds a bit of light if true.

Cause this law is making no sense whatsoever.

Next they will declare all government officials diplomats.

Actually, I could see this coming at us like a .45 in the very near future.

'All govt tit suckers of a certain class are now shielded from nearly all laws and rules used to manage the 'common folk'.'
'When Plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men,
they create for themselves, in the course of time,
a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it.'
Frederic Bastiat, 'The Law'
1850

"The business of the journalists is to destroy the truth, to lie outright, to pervert, to vilify, to fawn at the feet of mammon, and to sell his country and his race for his daily bread. You know it and I know it, and what folly is this toasting an independent press? We are the tools and vassals of rich men behind the scenes. We are the jumping jacks, they pull the strings and we dance. Our talents, our possibilities and our lives are all the property of other men. We are intellectual prostitutes."
JohnSwinton, 1830-1901, Former chief-of-staff New York Times

"The bold effort the present bank has made to control the Government, the distress it has wantonly produced ... are but premonitions of the fate that awaits the American People should they be deluded into a perpetuation of this institution (The Bank of the United States), or the establishment of another like it." Andrew Jackson (December 2, 1834)
