Has anyone noticed an invasion of the body snatchers phenomenon recently?

Two people I work with seem to have it, their eyes look vacant compared to when I started working with them closely about a year ago. They used to have a different consciousness, more vibrant and human, now they seem totally empty and robotic...I think it's the company we work for, they're selling their souls and they know it, imho.

Has anyone noticed an invasion of the body snatchers phenomenon like that recently?
