A scroll down shows a subpoena by the United States District Court....could it be?
Is this the breakthrough we have all been waiting for?

So, does the order carry the weight of the District Court? Will there be contempt charges if Fuddy refuses to respond? There's a game they can play, and eventually a judge will have to compel production if the state of Hawaii doesn't want to produce.
