Hang on folks. A lawyer is saying this:

1. Subpoenas in a civil matter are issued by a party. This is something she generated 100% on her own. The only signature on that subpoena is Taitz. Not a judge.

2. Fuddy isn't "court ordered" to do anything. Again, it's Taitz issuing the subpoena, not the court.

3. Taitz made the address of the deposition Fuddy's office. Someone cannot appear, or bring records, to the address at which they are served a subpoena. This makes the subpoena in essence a nullity.

4. Fuddy and the DOH can ignore the subpoena. But, if they do file a motion to quash, it will absolutely most likely be granted.


Can we have another lawyer chime in and verify this. I don't see a judges signature or a ADA. I hope this subpoena can be enforced and how did Taitz get her hands on a DC Subpoena?
