Photoshop job. it is called the clone stamp

Perspective.

It's like holding a fish way out in front of you when you have your picture taken.

12" fish looks like a 4' one.

The shadows match up.
The reflected light matches.
The colors match up.

The ground is sloping away and down.
Just look at the picture, and visualize him walking up and standing next to the person holding the baby.And you'll get it.

Looks 'shopped. Compare the size of his head to that of the little kid in the woman's arms. The kid is bigger than him!

The ground doesn't look sloped enough to make him appear to be 5'6".

It is NOT shopped..
He's standing a bit downhill from the man shaking his hand.

The man shaking his hand is also holding a child which gives the impression of more depth.

The man also could be much taller than POTUS>

Very short focal length lens. Not a fish eye, but maybe 35MM.

Looks to me like the type of lens that was used...

I'm surprised a picture that actually makes the president look so weak and worthless actually got out..

Just because he showed up, doesn't mean the feds will help. They would much rather give the taxes away to other countries.

Why is there Always Some Fagosexual trying to say everything is Photoshopped or CGI .. idiots. When the extreme disasters come to them, to take their life.. they will prob just think it's all fake...

Look down to the feet of the blonde person holding the child. There is a shadow that suggests that someone is standing next to this person. The shadow does not belong to the child standing as the sun is at his back and the shadow is in front of him.

Under close observation the arm Obama is shaking does not belong to the adult holding the child. The arm he is shaking is muscled and hairy. Look at the upper arm of the adult holding the child. That arm is very slender and could belong to a woman, which may be what this person is.

All in all I cannot say it was photoshopped but under the chin of the adult the pixels are very large as though a paste of white was applied there, like daylight. It may have be done to make it look like no one was standing to this persons right, although that shadow to the right of the feet suggests someone else in the picture.

On another note, I love this picture of Obama. It portrays him as a weakling barely able to measure up to a common American.
