There is another reason for it and I bet if you search the net you will find all these other countries with similar systems are get g there's in order too. In my opinion I think they are getting the systems ready for their tin god to make an appeal to the world and they have to have the systems in order to do so and reach all the masses at once . This guy Maitreya that Benjamin Creme has been pushing is suppose to make a world wide announcement to all nations at once and they will all here the announcement without an interpretation because Maitreya supposedly will make people hear his speech in their own language solidifying to many he is god.
