Mexican troops cross into the United States

Real simple solution, Bring our troops home and place them on the border with orders to search, seek and destroy all invaders, which is anyone that crosses our borders illegally. Once a few are left to rot in the desert the rest will soon see that perhaps thier country is not so bad afterall.
