alot of good it does to let you know you got a dose a day later

if the waste dump at los alamos burns up, it will be on par with, or exceed fukushima.

it may have been compromised already.

old thread from 2005 but very interesting

the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is considering moving the nation´s entire supply of Plutonium-238 – 39.5 kilograms – and consolidating the future production process to one location. It also wants to increase production of it to 5 kilograms per year.

The DOE is looking at three sites: the Los Alamos National Lab in New Mexico, Oak Ridge National Lab in Tennessee, and the Idaho National Lab (INL), located about 40 miles west of Idaho Falls.

Looks like they may have settled on Los Alamos

But what can easily be done besides checking twitter etc is to check on public services there to see if they are still operating..

if they don't answer their phone for a week straight or have not updated their website for a month etc. you can bet that things are not operating normally

I personally haven't checked into that yet cause I've been busy..

yesterdays images 7-10..it looks like these have been pasted together again and in addition current fires are not showing up..but at least in the first pic you can clearly make out the burn area..in pic 3 you can see smoke going almost straight up to the S of the burn area

the fire was 45% contained as of yesterday..

interesting..sort of fits nicely with my Agenda 21 theory

no fuel (plants) at the Nevada Test site to burn so why not just zap it (waste in steel containers?) from space

oh yea.. there was another fire over the weekend

but but the gooberment has allocated at least 6 billion for a new facility at Los Alamos to expand Nuclear Weapons production

[link to nuclearfreeplanet.org]

Stop the New Plutonium Facility in New Mexico
6-16-2011

The Department of Energy (DOE) completed an Environmental Impact Statement analysis in 2004 for a new project at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. This project, called the Chemistry and Metallurgy Research Replacement (CMRR) is a huge new plutonium pit facility for expanded nuclear weapons production.

As proposed, the CMRR project will cost close to $6 billion, a 1,000% increase over initial cost estimates. Beyond this, the DOE now recognizes that there is a greater risk of damage to such a facility from earthquakes. Both of these facts have caused enough pressure for the NNSA to conduct a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) for this project.

Or..is ^^that^^ just a ruse to rebuild a facility/town that more than likely burned to the ground??

This past week, I went on a trip from Santa Fe down to Las Cruces - then over to Roswell - then back up to Santa Fe.

The whole state of New Mexico is covered in brown grass, never got green this year.

The monsoon is sorta here, on our drive back up from Roswell - we saw multiple fires being started in real time by lightning strikes.

peace
