Ron Paul voted NO twice, (1999 HR 1218 & 2005 HR 748) to make transporting a minor across state lines in order to get an abortion a federal crime. 

In 2003 he voted NO on forbidding human cloning for reproduction and medical research including the importing of cloned embryos or products made from them. (HR 534)

He voted NO on making it a crime to harm a fetus during another crime. (2004
HR 1997)

He voted NO twice on Constitutional Amendments banning same-sex marriage (2004 HJ RES 106 & 2006 HJ RES 88)

Twice he voted NO on protecting gun manufacturers from frivolous lawsuits for product misuse.  (2003 HR 1036 & 2005 S 397)

He voted no on requiring lobbyist disclosure of bundled donations(HR 2316). 

He voted YES on redeploying US troops coming out of Iraq starting in 90 days with a completion date of 180 days of their initial deployment.
