Or.. the person who see this scam and works everyday to impede the corrupt system that is our government yet chooses to not vote,, because it clearly is rigged and does not matter. I used to vote, until the electronic shit machine would not let me vote for Ron Paul, last election. I tried three times, until the official tired to help, and it still would not, and I opened my eyes, and left realizing the futility in voting these days.
