actually it does.. because it'a a minor part of the governments computer surveillance scheme and the dhcp server relays the inside network mac id's to the outside and so it takes a firewall with outgoing blocking and special rules to thwart this (...and the other surveillance ports as well)... which right before 9/11 used to be UDP port 1025.. but there's many now.

Cuz no one knows how to spoof a MAC addy...

you can spoof them... but then you have to do it to each and every computer on the network.. when it's just easier to block 68 outgoing at the gateway.. matter of semantics though and neither here nor there..

What I don't understand is this... why is someone that appears to be having trouble living in daily life and supporting themselves worried AT ALL about "chemtrails"... I would think that person has more immediate concerns than a potential goverment weather mod or "slow death" program... no?

I'm missing something here... I just want everyone to be happy and able to support themselves.

Maybe it's best to just forget the whole chemtrail issue and focus on your life and then when you are stronger you can come back to it?
