THE HUNDREDTH MONKEY EFFECTS

The hundredth monkey effect is a supposed phenomenon in which a learned behavior spreads instantaneously from one group of monkeys to all related monkeys once a critical number is reached.
By generalization it means the instantaneous, paranormal spreading of an idea or ability to the remainder of a population once a certain portion of that population has heard of the new idea or learned the new ability.

Okay.. I'll be the one to ask. How does one look within?

Simply it is introspection. To not look outside but inside for the answers to why and how. Everyone else has their own perspective and their own truth. It is up to you to find your own truth.

EDIT: Meditation can also help. You have the answers for your questions, you just need to block out all other thoughts and listen to your-self.
