The first thing I would do is ask the attorney what he thinks your case is worth, if you don't agree, go find another one that is closer to what you want. You should decide what you think it's worth and then find an attorney that agrees.
If you don't do this you might be disappointed and it could be to late to fix.

I had a case and had to go through 4 attorneys till I found one that got me what I wanted.
It is the most important thing as some attorneys are hopeless and if they say your case is not worth much I would not even waste my time with them.
