I was T-Boned, 9 bulged discs, 2 herniated. After 3 years, all i was able to get was 25k, and they had to pay 25k in medical bills, plus my 7 months of rehab. I'm not black, nor did i burn my lap with hot coffee from a fast food place, so i did not get 1 million dollars.
