Is there any situation where you can get more then the policy limit.
Quoting: riderrOf course you can sue them for 10 million if you like, but if they don't have any money or assets. Or if their insurance is low, then the chances of ever receiving any money are low. They will pay you off $50 a month for the rest of their life, but that wont get you anything significant.
