Radiation: BS. We know how to manipulate and move radiation without physical barriers. Cern, Fermilab and many other particle physics labs consistently move radiation around via electromagnetism.

A good deal of radiation is stopped by a foil thick sheet of lead or other dense metal. The rest can be shunted around the ship.

Bodies Without Gravity: BS - we know that a simple spin on the craft generates centrifugal forces which act very similar as gravity on any body inside the spinning craft.

Cabin Fever - Partial BS. There have been plenty of minor populations that have thrived isolated from the rest of the world.

Yes SOME people can't handle being alone - most of us have a high degree of tolerance for isolation. All we have to do is carefully pick our crew for compatibilities.

BS Meat can be preserved, with temperatures below the temperature of liquid nitrogen in the shadow of ANY body, you can simply deep freeze tissues.

Tilapia (a fish) is an excellent source of meat protein that is real easy to raise - in fact if you have a pool of water and put a male and a female Tilapia in that water, good luck trying to keep the population from exploding.

Chicken, Rabbit and other small animals can easily be raised.

As for the Radiation affecting your food, return to number one - install an electromagnetic field generator.

Hardware/Propulsion:

Recall in Food that the temperature on the shadow side of a ship in space is below the boiling point of nitrogen?

Lets say you have a part of your ship that does not spin relative to the sun. on one side it is super hot, on the other it is super cold.

Running simple atmosphere between both 'sides' of the ship will result in the atmosphere "freezing" and boiling depending on which side of the ship it is on.

On the freezing side, the first thing to snow out would be water, then carbon dioxide (How to remove CO2 from air - freeze it) then oxygen (-183 °C) and nitrogen (-196 °C)

In pipes you can move the liquid nitrogen/oxygen gas to the hot side of your craft - it will boil and expand. We know how to tap into 'steam' power - the same principle of expanding gasses can be used to spin turbines inside the craft.

We can generate more electricity by tapping into the thermal difference between the sun side and shadow side of your ship. All of that can be used to power Ion propulsion units - we already have space vessels powered by Ions.

Ion Drive gives low acceleration, in exchange you get long term constant accelerations meaning lots of speed, enough to fly you anywhere in the solar system inside the orbit of Uranus/Saturn.

You do not even need to pump the gasses between both sides of your ship, on the freezing side the vaccume created by condensing gasses would be enough to pull the heated gasses into it. It is a self feeding system.

Your ship would be able to generate more than enough electric power from that alone to generate a protective Magnetic field, as well as strip out water vapor and CO2 -57 °C and CO (-57 °C). You could then collect these two frozen gasses (Ever hear of Dry Ice?) and move it to your green house and let it melt in the greenhouse - thus feeding the plants. Carbon monoxide does not poison plants since it is rapidly oxidizes to form carbon dioxide which is used for photosynthesis.

Since your ship has a spinning compartment (or two) it is an enclosed system that can take a long time to get where ever you want to go, but the crew, its life support life forms are safe and snug as a bug in a rug.

Conclusion: These so called "problems" are non issues. We already have solutions - and in the case of 'gravity' and energy the solutions are so ridiculously simple a caveman can do it.

They - NASA, JLP, space scientists make it sound harder than it really is in many areas.
